The key process is equipped with hot-dip galvanizing technology, with a uniform zinc layer thickness of ≥85μm, strong adhesion, effectively resisting oxidation and rust, and extending the service life.
The production process incorporates online straightening technology to ensure the straightness of the keel and prevent installation deformation. Each batch of products has undergone multiple tests such as compressive strength, flexural strength and rust prevention, and complies with the national standard GB/T 11981-2021.
